Q. How long does it take to receive the products once I place the order?
A. Because we hand finish our products in Japan, it usually takes 8~12 weeks to receive your order.

Q. What is your shipping policy and method?
A. Customer pays for shipping. We normally ship our products using Fed-ex, UPS ground, and Canada Post. We provide the tracking number once the products are shipped. While we carefully wrap the products, it is the customer’s responsibility to ask for extra protection, such as purchasing an insurance.

Q. What is your return policy and method?
A. Because Itobori products are custom ordered, we don’t accept returns unless there is a major defect on the item. More specific information on the return policy can be found under the Warranty section.
